Sex Offender Joseph Davis On The Loose After Leaving Vancouver Halfway House

    Vancouver Police are searching for a federal offender who is currently wanted after failing to return to his Vancouver halfway house.


    Joseph Davis, a 47-year-old, fourth-time federal offender, is currently serving a four-year sentence for Sexual Assault.


    Davis is on release under a long-term supervision order and is residing in a Vancouver halfway house. He failed to return for his evening curfew last night and a Canada wide warrant has been issued for his arrest.


    Davis is white, 5’8 tall, weighs 178 pounds with short blond hair, blue eyes, and numerous tattoos on his arms. He was last seen wearing a black rain jacket, blue jeans, work boots and carrying a small backpack.
