Mounties in Penticton say a search warrant has led to the seizure of several guns as well as cash and suspected illicit drugs.
R-C-M-P say it also resulted in the arrests of four people linked to the home in the one-thousand-block of Government Street.
The home had been the subject of a months-long investigation.
Staff Sergeant Scott Hanry says the Mounties expect the operation to have a "significant impact" on community safety.

Police in North Vancouver say a man is in custody after someone reported him acting erratically and holding a weapon in the city's central Lonsdale neighbourhood Friday morning. North Vancouver R-C-M-P say the report drew a heavy police response to the area and shut down part of the neighbourhood as an emergency response team was called in to deal with him.
