Mounties in Penticton say a search warrant has led to the seizure of several guns as well as cash and suspected illicit drugs.
R-C-M-P say it also resulted in the arrests of four people linked to the home in the one-thousand-block of Government Street.
The home had been the subject of a months-long investigation.
Staff Sergeant Scott Hanry says the Mounties expect the operation to have a "significant impact" on community safety.

A semi-truck carrying a load of cattle rolled over on a busy ring road in Calgary on Tuesday night. Police say the truck, carrying about 95 cattle, was in a single-vehicle crash on an off-ramp from Stoney Trail.
