Saskatchewan Voters Looking For NDP Leader Online Sent To Trump's Website

The Canadian Press, 17 Mar, 2016 11:48 AM
REGINA — Saskatchewan voters looking for NDP Leader Cam Broten online might be confused to see U.S presidential hopeful Donald Trump's face.

The Internet domain names skndp.ca or skndp.com lead to Trump's website with the headline "Make America Great Again."

An address for an NDP candidate in Saskatoon also goes to Trump's page.

The pages were registered on March 8, the same day the Saskatchewan election was called.

An NDP spokeswoman says they've always used the Internet address www.saskndp.ca and are focusing on policy announcements.

A spokeswoman for the Saskatchewan Party says no one in that office registered the names.
