Police in West Vancouver say a bus got away from a driver trying to fix a door problem in Horseshoe Bay today.
Police say as the bus began to roll the driver fell out.
The bus ended up on the front lawn of a house.
Two passengers were on board at the time but police say they weren't hurt and the driver was taken to hospital with minor injuries caused by the fall.
Ridge Meadows RCMP frontline members were first on scene and with support from BC Emergency Health Services (BCEHS) assessed that the cyclist suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries. The cyclist was transported to hospital.
