Richmond RCMP Seeking Public’s Assistance In Locating Missing 75-year Old Woman Sengfeng Zhou

    Sengfeng Zhou was last seen in the area of the 7000 block of Firbridge Way around 1 p.m. on November 20, 2019.

    Zhou is described as:

    75 years of age

    Asian woman

    157 cm (5’ 2) tall

    Brown eyes

    White hair

    Only speaks Mandarin

    Last seen wearing a pink long sleeve shirt, long black hooded coat, black pants, and pink shoes

    May appear confused or disoriented


    Corporal Dennis Hwang of the Richmond RCMP says, Zhou’s family and the police are concerned for her well-being. Anyone with information as to Zhou’s whereabouts is urged to contact their local police.
