Shortly before 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 15, police responded to a field near the school to investigate a suspicious incident where the young student was allegedly grabbed on her arm by a male in his 40s or 50s.

10-yr-old was running laps around a nearby field, where the man allegedly took pictures with his cell phone.
