Richmond RCMP need the public's help in locating missing woman Jenny Chand

The 25-year-old who was reported missing on August 17, 2023 has been located. Richmond RCMP thanks the media and public for their assistance.
EARLIER STORY:
The Richmond RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating Jennine “Jenny” Chand. Jenny is a 25 year old man who identifies as a woman. Jenny is possibly in the West Vancouver / North Vancouver area.
Jenny is described as:
25 years old
South Asian
5’8”
150 lbs
Black hair
Brown eyes
The Richmond RCMP are concerned about Jenny’s well-being and urge anyone with information as to their whereabouts to contact them at 604-278-1212
A statement from the Education Ministry says that starting in the 2023-2024 school year, only students in grades 10, 11 and 12 will receive letter grades and percentages so post-secondary entry requirements are met.

B-C's public utility says it has taken a series of actions since an investigation found a buildup of gases caused the explosion in an underground electrical vault in Vancouver last February.
