Richmond RCMP need the public's help in locating missing woman Jenny Chand

The 25-year-old who was reported missing on August 17, 2023 has been located. Richmond RCMP thanks the media and public for their assistance.
EARLIER STORY:
The Richmond RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating Jennine “Jenny” Chand. Jenny is a 25 year old man who identifies as a woman. Jenny is possibly in the West Vancouver / North Vancouver area.
Jenny is described as:
25 years old
South Asian
5’8”
150 lbs
Black hair
Brown eyes
The Richmond RCMP are concerned about Jenny’s well-being and urge anyone with information as to their whereabouts to contact them at 604-278-1212
The Liberal government's Online News Act became law last week, requiring tech companies such as Google and Meta to negotiate deals compensating media outlets for news content they share or otherwise repurpose on their platforms.
