UPDATE: 

The 25-year-old who was reported missing on August 17, 2023 has been located. Richmond RCMP thanks the media and public for their assistance.

EARLIER STORY: 

The Richmond RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating Jennine “Jenny” Chand.  Jenny is a 25 year old man who identifies as a woman. Jenny is possibly in the West Vancouver / North Vancouver area.

Jenny is described as:

  • 25 years old
  • South Asian
  • 5’8”
  • 150 lbs
  • Black hair
  • Brown eyes

The Richmond RCMP are concerned about Jenny’s well-being and urge anyone with information as to their whereabouts to contact them at 604-278-1212
