Vancouver police say a 57-year-old man has been charged after a racially motivated incident at a city coffee shop.
They say it happened on Tuesday at a shop on West Pender and Abbott.
Police say he entered the business and went on a racially motivated tirade directed toward two employees.
They say the suspect has been charged with causing a disturbance.

Yannick Bandaogo read his statement in French in a quiet, sometimes shaking voice, and said his addiction to crystal meth played a role in altering his mental health and behaviour. Bandaogo, 30, pleaded guilty this year to second-degree murder, several charges of attempted murder and one count of aggravated assault over the attack.
