The B-C government is investing almost 75-million for three thousand new learning spaces for in-demand jobs.
The spaces cover areas such as cybersecurity, software engineering, life sciences, creative technology and agritech.
Post-Secondary Education Minister Selina Robinson says as the economy changes, workplaces are transforming and this plan will help accelerate talent development.
Some of the new student spaces will be open as soon as this September, while the government says other spaces will available in subsequent years.
