The Prime Minister and the BC Government are both reminding us that with a surge in COVID19 cases right across the country and in our own province of BC to please exercise caution during the Diwali festivities.
Our fight against COVID-19 is far from over. Cases are still rising, and we’re seeing record spikes across the country. We need to reverse these trends right now. We need to wash our hands, wear our masks, keep our distance, and download the #COVIDAlert app.

This year will be different due to #Covid19 — it means celebrating only with people we live with.
Have a safe & happy #Diwali! Let the light in — not the virus. pic.twitter.com/dIjstOqbpZ
pic.twitter.com/9W9k1OcXxn
