The Canadian Press, 24 Sep, 2015 10:40 AM
PEMBROKE, Ont. — The family of a man arrested in the deaths of three women in eastern Ontario has identified the suspect as 57-year-old Basil Borutski.

The suspect's brother, Will Borutski, says he and the rest of the family are shocked and in mourning for the three victims who all died Tuesday in separate incidents.

He said his brother was arrested following the massive manhunt in eastern Ontario.

Police said the first death was discovered at a home in Wilno, Ont., about 130 kilometres west of Ottawa, shortly before 9:00 Tuesday morning.

The community is still reeling today as its members struggle to come to grips with the triple homicide.
