Police Arrest Kelowna Teen, Surrey Woman Accused Of Late-Night Hot Tub Hijinks

The Canadian Press, 03 Jun, 2016 01:02 PM
KELOWNA, B.C. — Kelowna RCMP have arrested a couple accused of taking a late-night dip in somebody else's hot tub.

Security camera footage taken last week caught a man and a woman trespassing on a Kelowna homeowner's property and peering into windows before climbing into the tub.

Mounties say the pair drank booze, smoked cigarettes and engaged in physical relations in the tub and also tried to steal items from the patio.

Const. Jesse O'Donaghey says an 18-year-old Kelowna man and a Surrey woman were arrested last week and released with conditions.

He says both face potential charges of trespassing at night, mischief under $5,000 and theft under $5,000.

The Crown has not approved charges and the couple's names have not been released.
