Police are investigating after a pedestrian was struck and killed by a car in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside today.
Police say two cars collided at an intersection just before 11 this morning, and one of the cars jumped the curb and he the person on the sidewalk.
Both drivers remained on scene.
Despite life-saving efforts by first responders, the pedestrian died at the collision scene.
Thunder Dennis, 20, was found deceased inside the West Hotel near East Hastings and Carrall streets shortly before 7 a.m. The file remains under investigation.
