One Person Found Dead After Fire In Surrey Motorhome

    SURREY, B.C. — A person has been found dead after a fire that fully engulfed a motorhome in Surrey, B.C.
     
    RCMP say they were called to the site of the fire around at 7:30 a.m. on Friday.
     
    Neighbours had spotted smoke coming from the RV and tried to enter, then called 911 when they couldn't gain access.
     
    Members of the Surrey fire department put out the flames and then discovered the body inside.
     
    Cpl. Scotty Schumann says foul play is not suspected.
     
    He says police, fire officials and the coroner are investigating and are still working to confirm the person's identity.
