Highway 1 through the Fraser Valley has reopened after one person died in a crash involving several commercial vehicles.
Police say it happened yesterday afternoon in the eastbound lanes just west of Hope.
Investigators say it appears one truck was travelling at high speed when it rear-ended another commercial vehicle that was stopped for construction.
The driver of the speeding truck was killed and police say no charges are being considered against anyone else involved.
Vancouver Police are releasing video of recent purse thefts in highly populated businesses in the downtown core to illustrate how easily this crime can happen. The following incidents have been reported since January, and investigators believe that the same person is responsible for all.
