SURREY, B.C. - One man is in hospital with potentially life threatening injuries after a stabbing in Surrey, B.C., on Wednesday night.
Surrey RCMP say officers responded to a report of an injured male in the 7600 block of 128 Street just before 10 p.m.
They say the man has potentially life threatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital.
The Mounties are set to canvas the area and are asking anyone who may have seen an altercation to come forward.
No other information was available.
The BC Coroners Service and the RCMP ask for the public’s assistance to identify a male who was found deceased on Nov. 1, 2019, near Moberly Lake.
Just before 2:30 a.m., police responded to a call of a large group of men fighting in the area of Hamilton and Helmcken streets.
Hundreds more students in Surrey have a better learning environment now that an eight-classroom addition at Panorama Park Elementary school has been completed.

“We moved here over 30 years ago,” explained Wei Liang. “We dreamt of winning the lottery before, but never thought it would happen.”
