One man has died following a targeted shooting Friday morning at the Southpoint Exchange mall in South Surrey.

    Two suspects have been arrested.

Surrey RCMP say the shooting occurred around 9:20 a.m. in the drive-thru lane shared by Envision Financial and Starbucks.

“Officers arrived and located a male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Emergency Health Services attended. Despite all attempts to revive the individual, the male succumbed to his injuries. Initial indications are that this is a targeted incident,” Surrey RCMP Cpl. Elaine Sturko said.
