North Van RCMP seek public's assistance in identifying suspect who allegedly seta porta-potty on fire

The North Vancouver RCMP are seeking public's assistance to identify a suspect in their investigation of an arson. The suspect is alleged to have set a porta-potty on fire on March 13th at around 8:30 AM near 2100 block of Hamilton Ave in North Vancouver.
A witness observed the suspect leaving the porta-potty just before it was set on fire.
On Monday, at 2:44 am Police and Fire were called to a porta-potty also set on fire in the 1900 block of Jones Ave in North Vancouver. No suspects were seen at this location but police believe this incident is related to the March 13th arson.
The male in the March 13th arson is described as:
Caucasian
5’9” tall
180-220 lbs
Wearing a tan jacket
Green and black camouflage pants
Baseball cap with a red backpack
Anyone with information about this incident, or who recognizes the suspect, is asked to call North Vancouver RCMP.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced Monday he will appoint a "special rapporteur" to probe foreign interference in Canada and recommend what more to do about it, among several measures aimed at responding to renewed scrutiny of the Liberal response so far.

Kasari Govender released a nearly 500-page report Tuesday detailing the results of her office's public inquiry into hate incidents during the pandemic. The report says hate incidents have increased dramatically during the pandemic, disproportionately impacting marginalized communities, along with increases in gender-based violence, and online hate.
A statement from the coroner's office says the death rate in January was 47 people per 100,000, more than double the 20.5 death rate that prompted B.C.'s medical health officer to declare the emergency almost seven years ago.
