No winning ticket for $50-million jackpot in Friday's Lotto Max draw

Darpan News Desk The Canadian Press, 05 Dec, 2015 03:00 PM
TORONTO — No one has the winning ticket for the $50-million jackpot in Friday night's Lotto Max draw.

Five MaxMillions prizes of $1-million each were available, and a ticket bought in Saskatchewan is claiming one of those prizes.

The jackpot for the next draw on Dec. 11 will be $55-million, and there will be approximately 12 MaxMillions prizes available.

Lotto Max's grand prize was last won Nov. 6, when a jackpot of $60-million was shared by two winning tickets -- one bought in Edmonton, and the other in Conception Bay South, Newfoundland and Labrador.

    Each ticket was worth $30-million.
