No Hearts And Flowers Here: Metro Vancouver Crime Stoppers’ 10 ‘Least-Wanted Valentines’

13 Feb, 2020 06:04 PM

From the files at Metro Vancouver Crime Stoppers, here are the top 10 “most wanted” BC criminals and suspects on the lam this Valentine’s Day. They could be far away, or might be in the neighbourhood.

Tipsters offering information to Crime Stoppers that leads to the arrest of any wanted criminal can lead to a reward of up to $5,000. For three of these most wanted, Crime Stoppers has also partnered with the national BOLO Program to announce extra-large incentives:

    $100,000 – Conor D’Monte: wanted for murder

$50,000 – John Norman MacKenzie: wanted for being unlawfully at large

$50,000 – Cong Dinh: wanted for money laundering

“If every British Columbian were on the lookout for these 10 men, we’d have about five million extra pairs of eyes to add to those of the police,” said Linda Annis, Executive Director of Metro Vancouver Crime Stoppers.

“Crime Stoppers really works in finding criminals like these. Last year we received more than 5,100 anonymous crime tips in Metro Vancouver alone leading to 87 arrests, including five gang members and the recovery of $10 million worth of stolen property and illegal drugs.”
