  • New Westminster Skytrain Station shut down with transit police at the station

New Westminster Station shut down due to a medical emergency. A bus bridge is being put in place to carry passengers between 22nd Street Station and Columbia Station, with buses also in place at other stations.

Metro Vancouver Transit Police shared details regarding the incident in a Twitter post.

The closure happened around 3:30pm. Transit Police are on scene at New Westminster Skytrain station. 

No word on well the station will re-open.
