New Westminster Police Investigate Stabbing Near Skytrain Station

    NEW WESTMINSTER, B.C. — Four suspects are in custody after a stabbing in New Westminster early Saturday.
     
    Police responded at about 12:30 a.m. to reports of a male bleeding profusely near the New Westminster SkyTrain Station.
     
    Officers found the 18-year-old male Surrey resident suffering from multiple stab wounds.
     
    The investigation led officers to a home in New Westminster where four suspects were taken into custody.
     
    The victim was transported to hospital where he remains in stable condition.
     
    New Westminster police are asking anyone with information to come forward.
