The husband of a Surrey woman stabbed to death last December has pleaded guilty to second-degree murder.
Homicide investigators say now 40-year-old Navinder Gill is now waiting for a date to be set for his sentencing hearing.
Police say 40-year-old Harpreet Kaur Gill was found stabbed on the evening of Dec. 7, 2022, and died of her injuries after being taken to hospital.

A shooting in Surrey, B.C.'s Guildford neighbourhood has left one man dead. RCMP were called to the 108 Avenue and 148 Street area around 8 p.m. Tuesday night.

A small plane has crashed at the regional airport in Langley, B.C., after hitting a pickup truck while landing, sending three people to hospital.
