Murder Investigation Begins In Abbotsford After Driver Finds Man On Road

    ABBOTSFORD, B.C. — Police say a homicide investigation is underway in Abbotsford, B.C., after an injured man was found lying on a street and died minutes later.
     
    Officers say a person driving by spotted the man on the road and called for help at about 11:10 p.m. Sunday.
     
    Emergency crews tried to assist the severely hurt man but he died at the scene about 15 minutes later.
     
    Major crime detectives and forensic teams were called in and have now transferred the case to the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team.
     
    Police say the man is Caucasian and believed to be in his 30s but have not released any other details.
