Mounties Looking For Missing 61-Year-Old Woman Monica Winter And Her Dog

    The University RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 61-year-old Monica Winter. Ms. Winter was reported missing to police on February 10, 2020 after failing to show up for work on Monday.


    Police immediately began a search and later confirmed she was last seen on February 7, 2020, leaving from work in the 1200-block of West Broadway Avenue in Vancouver.


    Police determined that her bank card was last used on Feb. 7 at a grocery store shortly after 5 p.m, and that her fob key was used in the parkade of her home the 5900-block of Gray Avenue at the University Endowment Lands at 6:20 p.m.


    On February 10, 2020, Burnaby RCMP located Ms. Winter’s vehicle—a blue Toyota Corolla—near the Fraser River Foreshore Park on Tillicum Street and Fraser Park Drive. Winter’s family and police are concerned for her safety and well-being. Ms. Winter’s dog—Chloe—is also missing.


    Ms. Winter is a Caucasian female, 5.5’ inches tall and weighs 169 pounds.
