Morning Shooting In Delta Sends One Man To Hospital

    March 26, 2017 at approximately 0548 a.m. Delta Police received information from Surrey RCMP that a male suffering from a gunshot wound made his way to hospital for treatment.  
     
    From the information gathered, Delta Police responded to the 11800-block of 88 Avenue, the location in which the incident originally occurred.
     
    Delta Police Major Crimes Section are investigating to determine the circumstances that led to the shooting. Initial indications are that this incident occurred at approximately 0500hrs and appears to be an isolated incident involving two individuals known to each other.  
     
    The 35-year-old male victim’s injuries are non-life threatening in nature. At this time parties involved are uncooperative with police.
     
    Delta Police are continuing their investigation. Anyone who may have seen or heard anything is asked to call the Delta Police at 604 946 4411.
