MISSING: Toronto Police Looking For 40-Year-Old RACHEL KUMAR

    The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing woman.


    Rachel Kumar, 40, was last seen on Monday, December 23, 2019, at 12:00 p.m., in the Dundas Street West and Bathurst Street area.


    She is described as 5'9", 135 lbs., slim build, with curly dark brown hair, and brown eyes.


    She was last seen wearing a dark winter jacket.


    Police are concerned for her safety.
