A message posted on the Twitter account of the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team says the two unnamed people are victims of homicide.

No other details have been released.

The homicide team says an update is expected later in the day.

Surrey RCMP said they were called to reports of a shooting at around 10 p.m. Monday.
