Vancouver Police have arrested 35-year-old David Hynd who was wanted for six counts of ‘breach of probation’ under the BC Offence Act.
Hynd, subject of a recent VPD media, was arrested by the VPD on June 14. He was located thanks to a tip from the public.
Hynd is in custody. His next court appearance is scheduled for today.
Oscar Arfmann made the plea in a B.C. Supreme Court in New Westminster, B.C., before a trial by judge alone.
