Man Stabbed To Death In Abbotsford; Murder Investigation Underway

    ABBOTSFORD, B.C. — Police say a 34-year-old man has been stabbed to death in Abbotsford, B.C.
     
    Officers say the victim was taken to hospital with critical injuries at about 10 p.m. Thursday.
     
    Police say the man died in hospital just after midnight and the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team was called in.
     
    Const. Ian MacDonald says the victim was apparently stabbed at a Petro-Canada gas station.
     
    He says officers were called after the man was transported to hospital.
     
    MacDonald says investigators are now collecting evidence from both the gas station and the hospital parking lot.
