  • Man exposes himself 3 times at Langara college: VPD

Vancouver – Vancouver Police are investigating three indecent acts at Langara College and are asking anyone with information to call police.

“Incidents like these are unsettling in the community, and we take them seriously,” says Constable Tania Visintin. “We are in the early stages of these investigations and are advising the public in order to bring awareness to Langara students and the surrounding community.”

The first incident occurred on March 20 when a man exposed his genitals to a student in the college library. This incident was recently reported to police.

The second incident occurred on March 27 when a man exposed his genitals to a staff member at the college. The suspect left before police were called.

Three weeks later, on April 19, a man exposed his genitals to a student inside the college library. Again, the suspect left before police arrived.

In all three incidents, the suspect is described as dark-skinned and about 5’5″ to 5’7″ tall.

“Preliminary evidence suggests the same suspect is responsible for all three indecent acts, and we are investigating whether these incidents could be linked to other unsolved cases in the city,” adds Constable Visintin.

Anyone with information is asked to call the tip line at 604-717-0604.
