Police in Vancouver are warning seniors about a new bank card scam that resulted in about 40-thousand dollars in combined losses for two victims this month. An inmate at an Abbotsford prison has died while in custody. The Correctional Service of Canada says the 39-year-old male inmate was serving a sentence of more than three years when he died at the Matsqui Institution.
