Man, 19, Released From Hospital After Shooting In Abbotsford

    ABBOTSFORD, B.C. — A 19-year-old man has been released from hospital after a shooting in Abbotsford, B.C.
     
    Abbotsford Police were called at 2:30 p.m. Friday to Abbotsford Regional Hospital where the man was being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
     
    Police say the victim was involved in a conflict in the area of McKenzie Road and Fern Street.
     
    Police and forensic investigators attended the area and began a search for evidence and witnesses.
     
    Investigators are looking to speak with anyone who was in the area on Friday between 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.
     
    The man was discharged from hospital just after 6 p.m. Friday.
