Lane Closures Coming To Lions Gate Bridge Thursday Night

Darpan News Desk, 07 Nov, 2019 06:35 PM

Drivers are advised that single-lane alternating traffic will be in effect from 10 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 7, to 5 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 8, 2019, for joint and bearing repairs on the Lions Gate Bridge.

The sidewalks will remain open for pedestrians and cyclists.

However, drivers should expect delays during this period and may want to consider an alternative route. Future lane closures will be required to complete the repairs, which will be confirmed and communicated in advance of the work.

Additionally, electrical maintenance is required on some of the overhead signs, which should be completed by the end of November.
