Darpan News Desk The Canadian Press, 06 Aug, 2016 01:15 PM
TERREBONNE, Que. — Police in Terrrebonne, Que. have found three young boys who wandered away from a home in the Montreal suburb on Friday morning.

The three boys — ages 7, 8 and 9 years-old — were found in a wooded area several hours after they vanished, unharmed.

The trio, including two brothers, wandered off just after 10:30 a.m. while their mother was out checking the mail.

Two police forces, a canine team and the provincial police helicopter were involved in the search for the boys.

Police believed the three may have gone hiking in a nearby wooded area and didn't expect anything criminal.

Spokesman Sylvain Theoret says the boys will be met with to shed light on what happened.
