Kelowna RCMP Seek Suspect Who Spat On Woman's Face

    On March 1st, 2020 at approximately 5:30 p.m. a man was at the corner of Harvey Avenue and Spall Road in Kelowna when he reportedly witnessed a pedestrian approach a beige coloured Toyota Corolla style car that was waiting at the lights.


    The unknown suspect confronted the female driver and allegedly spit in her face, before walking westbound on Harvey Avenue.


    The complainant reportedly followed and confronted the suspect, who allegedly produced and brandished a small knife. The suspect fled the area on foot and was not been located by police.


    The suspect was described to police as a clean cut middle-aged man, seen wearing brown cowboy boots, blue jeans and a grey hoody while dragging a purple suitcase.


    Kelowna RCMP are looking to speak with the female driver of the Toyota Corolla who was also allegedly assaulted by this man, and any other witness who observed this incident and has not yet spoken to police.
