KELOWNA, B.C. — A 49-year-old Kelowna, B.C., man is expected to appear in court early next year after trying to march in a Remembrance Day service while he was naked.
RCMP spokesman Const. Jesse O'Donaghey says the man joined a parade Wednesday at about 11:30 a.m., following Remembrance services.
O'Donaghey says the man didn't pose any threat to the public and was removed within about 30 seconds.
The man, whose name has not been released, faces a possible charge of causing a disturbance.
He was briefly held in custody but has been released on an order to return to court on Jan. 11.
