HALIFAX — A judge in Halifax says he'll issue a ruling today in the bail hearing for a 23-year-old man charged in the death of a Dalhousie University student.
William Sandeson is charged with first-degree murder in the death of Taylor Samson.
Sandeson, who was enrolled in medical school at Dalhousie, was charged Aug. 20, four days after Samson was reported missing in Halifax.
A publication ban has been placed on evidence presented during the hearing.
Linda Boutilier, Samson's mother, has said outside court that police still haven't found her son's body.
Samson, a 22-year-old former resident of Amherst, N.S., studied physics at Dalhousie.
