IHIT To Reveal 'Significant Developments' In 19-Yr-Old Surrey Girl Bhavkiran Dhesi’s Killing

    Integrated Homicide Investigation Team officers are telling that they are ready to announce a “significant developments” in the August 2017 death of Surrey teen Bhavkiran Dhesi.

     

    ON August 2, 2017, at around 12:20 a.m., the body of 19-year-old Bhavkiran Dhesi was found inside a burning vehicle in the 18700-block of 24th Avenue in Surrey.

     
     
     
     

    While, Kiran was not known to the police, investigators believe that this was not a random act.

     

    Although, police executed a warrant to a home in Newton shortly after the discovery of Kiran’s body; so far, no arrests have been made and the case remains active.

     

    Dhesi’s family also made a public appeal last December to help to find those responsible for her murder.

     

    Kiran received a kidney transplant six months before her life was taken.
