WINNIPEG — The husband of a woman on trial for concealing the remains of six infants in a Winnipeg storage locker says he thought his wife was hoarding furniture.
Jeremy Giesbrecht says he knew about the rented locker, but thought his wife was keeping her father's things there.
The remains were found in October 2014 in a locker that had been rented by Andrea Giesbrecht after she failed to make payments.
Her husband was the last person to testify at the trial.
The defence has opted not to call any witnesses.
Closing arguments are set for Friday.
