Homicide Police Investigate After Body Found In Homeless Camp In Burnaby, B.C.

The Canadian Press, 11 Oct, 2016 09:55 AM

BURNABY, B.C. — Police are investigating after a body was found in a wooded area in Burnaby, B.C.

The Integrated Homicide Investigations team says in a tweet that the 56-year-old man's body was found Sunday afternoon.

The agency identified the man as Kevin William Knuff, but has not released his cause of death.

It says the body was found in a homeless camp near North Road and Highway 1.

IHIT says the death is not related to a homicide where a woman was found dead at a business in Burnaby last week.

Police are looking for the woman's ex-husband in that case.
