Halifax Police Say Arrest Made In Easter Weekend Death Of Yoga Instructor Kristin Elizabeth

The Canadian Press, 11 Apr, 2016 12:33 PM
HALIFAX — Police say they have made an arrest in connection with the homicide death of a well-known Halifax-area yoga instructor.

Police say they have arrested a 33-year-old man who was found injured when they also discovered the body of 32-year-old Kristin Elizabeth Johnston in her Purcell's Cove home on March 26.

The man required treatment for significant, but non-life threatening injuries and police say they arrested him following his release today from a Halifax hospital.

There's no word on potential charges or on the identity of the man arrested.

Police have previously said that Johnston and the man were known to each other.
