Some great news for moviegoers who have truly missed the experience of watching movies on the silverscreen and have had to watch films over Netflix and Amazon Prime, Cineplex Incorporation’s theatres and entertainment venues open Friday August 21st.

Cineplex is opening its 164 theatres, 1,687 screens and 10 entertainment complexes.

Since the pandemic in March Cineplex has been slowly making the shift to reopening its locations over the last few weeks.

According to Cineplex its on the map as a first major film exhibitor to re-open in the world. Its locations are offering new releases and the company opened up in Canada before it did in the US.
