VANCOUVER — What began as a nightclub fight and resulted in minor injuries has turned into a murder investigation in Vancouver.

Police were called early Tuesday to the Shenanigans Nightclub and found a 60-year-old man believed to have a minor head injury.

He was taken to hospital, but checked himself out and hours later someone at his home called an ambulance.

The man died Wednesday morning in hospital.

Sgt. Randy Fincham says police want to talk to a man who was involved in the dispute outside the club.

He is described as white, in his 20s, about five feet, 10 inches tall with a heavy build.
