Easy Come And Easy Go. Manitoba Driver Loses Vehicle Twice To Theft

Darpan News Desk The Canadian Press, 31 May, 2016 11:37 AM
BRANDON, Man. — There's bad luck and then there's no luck. This driver may belong in the latter category.

Police in Brandon, Man., say an apartment block resident reported Monday morning that his dark blue 2009 four-door Nissan Altima had been stolen over the weekend from a back lane where it had been parked on Friday.

The car was returned to the same location, but there was damage to the rear bumper and a pair of sunglasses and a spare key were missing.

Early Monday evening, the same owner called police to say the vehicle had been stolen again.

A neighbour reported seeing a man walk down the back lane, hop in and drive away.

Police are still looking for a suspect and the vehicle, which has Manitoba licence FGN 699.
