Delta police are trying to find a motive after one person was injured in a shooting.
Officers responding to reports of a disturbance at a home yesterday evening discovered that an unknown suspect had fired a gun.
Shortly after, a person arrived at a local hospital with a minor gunshot wound.
Police say that person has since been released.
Bridgeport Road is closed, between Viking Way and No. 6 Road, due to downed hydro lines. Traffic is being diverted. BC Hydro is en route.
