Dana Mitchell, missing four years found dead in Nelson, B.C.: Coroner

    NELSON, B.C. - The remains of a 22-year-old man who vanished in 2010 have been found near Nelson, B.C.
     
    The BC Coroners Service identified on Monday the body of Dana Mitchell, from Cranbrook, B.C., which was discovered by a tourist in July.
     
    The remains were found just off a hiking trail on a rock ledge overlooking Kootenay Lake.
     
    The coroner has ruled out foul play, but continues to investigate the man's death.
     
    Mitchell's family has been notified.
